Sun is just starting to come up. Roy is pretty close to the front. About 35 pro’s today. No wetsuits. The announcer is kind of annoying. I miss Mike Riley.

2100 athletes today from 22 different countries. Like last year, there will be a time trial start instead of mass start. All 3 of our athletes already at the swim start to get in line.

The Big Day!

Sis, M, and I up at 5:00. Roy called about 5:05, he’s already heading for the swim start which is quite a ways away. Current temp is 71′ with a high of 92′ predicted. Calm East winds 5-8 mph. Bike course heads West out of town.

Fourth St Live
