Breakfast in portland
H&B met us at the Tin Shed for breakfast. Fantastic food! Then got a tour of their new house. Now heading to Multnomah Falls for a scenic hike.
First adventure in portland
Jess and I headed up to Washington Park for a short run this morning. Got slightly lost on the trails through Hoyt Arboretum, but thanks to Jess’s navigation we got back to the parking lot exactly 30 minutes into our run, which is what we were planning on! Meeting Heather & Brian for breakfast momentarily, at the Tin Shed.

Katie is officially IN!
Even more reason to head to Portland to watch the race…Katie also qualified and will be racing at Nationals! Jeff and Katie’s mom Judy will also be making the trip out there.
Dualing Travel Agents
Jess and Michele tag-team Priceline and Travelocity for the best deal on Portland tickets. Sitka doesn’t seem all that interested. Jess qualified for the USAT Age group Nationals in Sept and we get to be her Sherpas for the trip!
